How to Apply

The Admissions Process at Heart Christian Academy

Step 1: Learn

Carefully read through our website, including the FAQs. Review our Tuition & Fees.

Step 2: Visit

Attend a local Open House for prospective families.

Step 3: Apply (you will be asked to create an admissions account)

Make sure you select the proper application!

Are you new to Heart?
- For your first child, select the First Student application.
- For all additional children, select the Sibling application.
Do you currently have a child enrolled at Heart? If so, apply for additional students using the Sibling application.

Review, Submit, and Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." If your family is new to Heart, you will be prompted to pay the $150 non-refundable application fee upon submission. All siblings will apply using the Sibling application, for which there is no fee.

Step 4: Interview

After your application is reviewed, we will be in touch to schedule a Family Interview, including both parents and all prospective students. After the family interview, Heart will review your application materials and provide an admissions decision within 30 days via email. Note: completion of an application or interview does not guarantee enrollment.

Step 5: Enroll

Upon an offer of admission, an invitation to enroll will be extended along with instructions for how to enroll online and pay the student enrollment fee. Welcome to Heart!

Jr. Kindergarten and Kindergarten Age Requirements:

We ask that students entering Jr. Kindergarten be age 4 by September 1st, and students entering Kindergarten must be age 5 by September 1st.
